BCA offers a comprehensive sports program in which all students are encouraged to participate.  The middle school athletic program participates in the Central Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association. Sports for middle school include soccer, volleyball, tennis, basketball, cheerleading, golf, and baseball.

The high school is a proud member of the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association.  We participate in the Triad Athletic Conference with American Hebrew Academy, Caldwell Academy, Carolina Friends School, The Elon School, Salem Academy, Salem Baptist Christian School, Trinity School of Durham, and Westchester Country Day School.  BCA high school sports include boys soccer, volleyball,  girls and boys tennis, cross country, basketball, cheerleading, swimming, golf, track and field, girls soccer, baseball, and softball.
