There are two options available in paying the Book and Supplementary non-refundable fees.
Option 1: Payable in 4 equal payments and due on the first of each month beginning Feb. 1st, 2010 through May 1st, 2011. If possible please use this option.
Option 2: Payable in 1 payment due by May 1st, 2010.
Payment must be made by May 1, 2010 to assure class placement. These fees are non-refundable. In the event of a student's withdrawal, books and/or materials will not be given in lieu of fees. There is also an early withdrawal fee of $100.00.
•Before and After School Care
Costs for care are $3 per hour in 15 minute increments with a maximum charge of $200 per month per child. Before School Care is provided from 6:30 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. Any student arriving before 8:15 must go to morning care. After School Care is provided until 6:00 p.m. Any student not picked up in the afternoon within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure time will be automatically placed in After School Care. Charges begin with their grade level's scheduled departure time. Bills will be mailed once a month with the maximum monthly charge being $200.00 per child. There is a late pickup charge of $1.00 per minute for any child picked up after 6:00 p.m. on a regular school day, and also for any child picked up late on scheduled early dismissal days.

The Building Assessment consists of ten monthly payments beginning August 1st, 2010 through May 1st, 2011. The Building Assessment pays for costs related to our campus and facilities including mortgage, maintenance, parking lots, roads, building repairs, construction, etc.
•Activity Fees - Middle/High School (per student)..Monthly $50.00..Annually $500.00
For Middle School and High School students, the activity fee pays for the three day Fall Spiritual Retreat and the Spring Trip. Costs for other activities and events will be funded from this account as remaining funds are available. Further, Middle School and High School students pay a $50.00 fee per sport (basketball, soccer, golf, volleyball, etc.) when playing on these school teams. A separate PE fee will also be charged for PE uniforms. Cheerleaders must purchase their own uniforms.
•Monthly Payments
Tuition, Building Assessment and Activity fees are paid in ten equal installments and are due the 1st day of each month beginning August 1, 2010 through May 1, 2011. Monthly fees are due the 1st and late after the 10th of each month. There is a $25 monthly late fee charge after the 10th and a returned check fee of $25. There is a $100 early withdrawal fee. The office does not send a bill each month for payment. Please mark your calendars and remit payment promptly each month.
•Milk/Juice/Ice Cream
Forms for milk, juice and ice cream are available the first of each month on Edline. Forms with payments are due back on the third Tuesday of each month, one per child to each child's teacher. Amounts are adjusted on a monthly basis according to the number of school days in that month.
Half Day 3 & 4 Year Old Preschool (8:30 - 11:45)

(Per family for families with only a half-day child).
The Building Assessment consists of ten monthly payments beginning Aug 1st-May 1st. If your family has a combination of half day and full day students, your family will pay $75.00 per month, or $750.00 per year.
The first monthly Tuition/Building Assessment payment is due August 1st. Each additional payment is due on the first day of each month and will be considered late after the 10th of the month. Any payment received after the 10th will incur a $25.00 late fee. A returned check will incur a $25.00 charge. A student may be asked to withdraw from school if payments are one month past due.

* The fees for Art/Materials, Association of Christian Schools International and Insurance are due May 1, 2010. These fees are non-refundable.
Children must be 3 years old by Oct. 15th for the 3 year old class.
Children must be 4 years old by Oct. 15th for the 4 year old class.
Children must be 5 years old by August 31st for the 5 year old (K5) class.
Preschool classes adhere to our regular school calendar beginning in mid August. The school calendar will be mailed at a later date. After School Care is not available for half day children. Therefore, children should be picked up as promptly as possible. Any child not picked up by 12:00 noon will be taken to the school office for their parents to be called, and will be charged $1.00 per minute (late pick up fee) after 12:00 NOON. This will apply for any child picked up late on scheduled early dismissal days.
